HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We know you want each order shipped as quickly as possible. We’ve selected delivery companies recognized for both speed and dependability so your order arrives promptly and in the best condition. On some items, you’ll have delivery options. The seller utilizes USPS, UPS and Federal Express for cost-effectiveness when product size permits. Travel times for UPS and FedEx range from 3-10 business days.

For items shipped through UPS or FedEx, signatures are not generally required upon delivery. Often, the driver will make that choice and you may want to leave a note stating a signature is not necessary. For business deliveries, signatures may be required.
We use commercial carriers (truck) for larger pieces, fragile items, and multiple-piece orders to reduce shipping costs. Typically, a carrier representative will call to schedule delivery and someone (18 years of age or older) will need to be present to accept the package(s).
EXTENDED DELIVERY AREAS
An additional fee may be charged for extended delivery areas. Extended areas include, but are not limited to: islands, bay areas, rural areas, areas that require transportation over water, international shipping, and out of the continental United States. LIFT GATE/BACK OF TRUCK
You may be responsible for removing the product from the back of a truck, or the carrier may use a lift gate to lower the product to ground level. Please contact us to make sure we have the proper delivery method to match your needs.
This means your purchase will be transported starting at the end of your driveway to your front door, or a loading dock (for business). The final Threshold destination depends on the size of the carton and the delivery company’s standard delivery procedure.
White glove services are available upon special request. We provide our customers with this service when special product care is required, or if you select to upgrade the standard delivery provided for your order. Please contact us for more information.
INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING!
Through many years of experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping, avoid selling items easily damaged during shipping, and discontinue suppliers whose damage rate is too high. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
• Write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery even if it appears only slightly damaged. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once the damaged item/package/carton is returned to our receiving facility, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you refuse delivery, so we can anticipate that return.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We process your order either the same day you place it or the next day based on the time it was ordered. Our shipping department process and prepares your order as quickly as possible, and we have factored in their processing time into our “7-10 Days” ship estimates when the product is in stock.
SPECIAL ORDERS OR MADE TO ORDERS
Merchandise that is special ordered or made to order from that factory usually ships based on the manufacturing process. They, too, strive hard to see your shipment arrives quickly. For a few items, we offer Quick Ship. Please contact us to verify the scheduling and to receive an exact date. In some cases, “back ordered” items may take somewhat longer to ship – and again we try to properly estimate that on each product. There are also occasions when we are able to accelerate an order. Rest assured we’ll do everything possible to expedite your order. When your order ships we will notify you by email.
Please note: Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Shipping charges, if any, include order processing, item selection, packing and transportation.
We offer free shipping on many of our products. This option will be listed on the product page. With free shipping, we have added actual shipping and handling costs into the total price we offer. Free shipping does NOT include extended delivery areas.
WHERE WE SHIP OR DELIVER
We are capable of shipping World Wide and delivering in our fleet of trucks within a 500 mile radius of our distribution center. Additionally, we regularly ship to the East & West Caribbean Islands, the Leeward Islands, the Windward and the ABC Islands of Arube-Bonaire-Curosau. We are currently unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. We will assist you with foreign deliveries and will provide a shipping quote FOB (Free on Board) to your intended US port of embarkation.
